Shipping & Pick-up
We will endeavour to ship our products in 3-5 business days.
For custom made products, you will be given an estimated production time at point of order. You will be notified when your order is ready and shipped.
For pick-up orders, contact us via our website or Instagram to organise a time and location details.
If you have not received your order or it has been damaged during shipping, please contact us and we’ll look into it.
Terms of Use
We suggest that you do not leave products in wet weather as they may deteriorate over time. If left in direct sunlight the colour may fade. Recommended location for pot hangers is indoors or outdoors undercover.
Returns
We will not be accepting requests for returning products at this current stage.
Custom ORders
The 1st of every second month will be ‘Custom Order Day’. You can contact us via our website or Instagram to place an order.
From there we will discuss the details of the order, give an estimated completion date and send an invoice once all is organised.
Please be aware that your custom order will not enter the production stage until your invoice is paid for the security of our business and time.
